Under his leadership the office has increased in key performance indicators all while delivering coaching, training, and systems that help agents close more deals and keep more profit. Outside of his professional life, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids exploring new areas and being outside. He also plays golf and has never met a pizza he didn’t enjoy!
